To join the programme you need a Masters degree preferably in any Business, Economic or Technical field. We welcome all study backgrounds as long as you are a strategic thinker with execution power, eager to become one of our future leaders in the Retail field.

Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:

• You have no more than two years relevant working experience
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have a winning spirit
• You are an innovative, conceptual thinker who thinks out-of-the-box
• You take initiative, are result driven and have a can-do mentality
• You are eager to share your vision and know how to get other people on board
• You know what’s going on in a complex environment
• You are fluent in Dutch!
